Here's some concept art for an original kaiju project I'm working on. We're aiming for a 70's Ultraman vibe with these dudes.

And to start us off, here's Klapton.

Actually these are all for an independent comic thing I'm working on because I have no filmmaking experience as it is and a kaiju flick sounds a bit daunting for me! But they're all intended to look like the drawings could be translated to a suit or prop. Although if I was gonna make this guy a suit, the arms would probably be wired controlled.

Here's one that's a personal favorite of mine: Quingon, the token cold-based monster.

Here's a fairly new one (drawn last night): Ajabu, Zuwena and Dogo who are in the vein of Gappa, Gorgo and related angry parents rescuing their kid from humans.
