Godzilla was now on an area of craggy terrain was in the hills. There was the volcano and the surrounding highlands where he had arrived. The enemy kaiju was rank with the evil that brought him here. The creature called back at him and Godzilla responded with another roar. Godzilla’s eyes were focused on the hideous monstrosity. The kaiju called Barukarudon hungered for a meal, and it would try to make Godzilla its meal.

Barukarudon lunged at Godzilla with its fanged maw opened wide in attempt to take a bite out of the monster king. Godzilla grabbed the larger kaiju by the neck and tried to dig his claws into its tough, armored hide, to no avail. But Godzilla’s might did stop Barukarudon from biting down upon his shoulder. Barukarudon then spat some of the green gel onto his face, Godzilla howled in pain as it began to burn his skin, he closed his eyes before it hit, but still it burned as if his own nuclear fires were released upon his face. Barukarudon was not finished; it used its three pronged claws to slash into Godzilla’s chest. They delivered six awful, deep, and bloody slashes. Godzilla howled with anger and pain and then Barukarudon, who was immune to his own acid gel, used his horned skull to butt Godzilla in the neck. Godzilla was slammed to the ground violently as the beast gave a cry as if it was a demon free from the bowels of Hell.

Obata smiled at this,” Godzilla is a goner. He cannot deal with Barukarudon.” Kiriko took the opportunity to fire the revolver into Obata’s back while he was turned, watching the battle. Several shots were fired into the back of the once human creature, and he turned. “Why you little!” he cried as he charged with his arms outstretched and his hands in a position to strangle. Then every soldier with a gun opened fire on Obata. Then the humanoid form fell to the ground and it spoke something that was inaudible to the humans. But Rei knew what he said. Rei cried, “He said as long as Helios-7 exists, the Astrobodies can attempt to take over the world!” Kudo looked at her, “What do we do?”
Rei solemnly said, “Hope Godzilla wins. He would be able to find their lair and be able to destroy them.” Chris looked at her crossly,” I thought you were a psychic! Why can’t you tell us?” Rei looked at Chris in the eyes and huffed, “Well, Godzilla can sense their energy. I can’t. It’s invisible to my senses, so sorry!” With that, the men and women knew that Godzilla was their only hope.

Barukarudon used its tail to strike the downed saurian. It struck him in the stomach with such force; it made blood ooze out of his mouth. Godzilla was healing, but he was waiting for a weakness in Barukarudon’s attack so he could arise and strike back. He then couldn’t take it any longer and he spat a stream of blue atomic hellfire upon the creature. It struck its back, and it stopped its tail assault on Godzilla and gave a howl of pain. It turned and snarled as Godzilla rose to his feet. Barukarudon threw one of its clawed hands at Godzilla and missed in its anger-fueled strike. Godzilla rammed himself into Barukarudon and bit down on its neck. He bit down into the weak part and crimson fluid spewed all over his teeth. Barukarudon, who was still in a state of surprise, was defenseless. Godzilla was charging up a beam to blast open the wound he inflicted even more so, but Barukarudon finally struck him in his ribs, forcing him to land on some of Barukarudon’s shoulder spikes. Godzilla bellowed as he pulled the side of his face from the spike that was imbedded in it. It started to heal instantaneously, but Barukarudon rammed himself into Godzilla again. Godzilla was flung into the side of a hill, where rubble and debris fell upon him.

The monster known as Godzilla was partially buried. Barukarudon gave another cry indicating its triumph. Then its eyes focused on the moving rubble. Then a blast ripped from the debris and tore into the spiked shoulder of Barukarudon. It exploded into a mixture of red gore and chunks of blue armored hide. Godzilla burst through his premature grave and rose with a roar of challenge and hatred to the monster. Barukarudon spat another glob of acid gel and Godzilla countered with his nuclear blast. The mixture exploded in midair into an explosion of spoke and flames. The gel was vaporized, and Godzilla trudged onwards. He then slammed Barukarudon with his tail, and knocked him to the ground. The kaiju rolled over, in a seemingly comatose state and Godzilla roared in triumph.
The G-Graspers and the American military forces seemed relieved until they saw Barukarudon chomp down on Godzilla’s ankle. Blood trickled down the fangs and Brandon pointed out something, “Look at the monster’s fangs!” Sure enough, blood was going through the white fangs of the kaiju. The fangs had changed from a dark color and when it withdrew his teeth after Godzilla’s other foot struck it in its chest, blood dribbled out of small apertures in the tips of the fangs. Barukarudon rose to its feet, as Godzilla looked on in disbelief. Its shoulder had been covered in flesh. It charged on Godzilla and grabbed the kaiju king’s neck and bore down its fangs into his scaly hide. Blood was drawn into the kaiju’s fangs and then after several seconds, Godzilla was released and he collapsed. Godzilla was unconscious, as Barukarudon’s shoulder had now regenerated its spiky carapace.
