Anyone going to be there tomorrow (Saturday)?

A pre-festival event is being planned for Saturday, November 13th, at the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California (1840 Sutter Street).

In conjunction with GODZILLAFEST, an exhibit of production artifacts from the archives of legendary director Ishiro Honda (1911-1993) and master art director Yasuyuki Inoue (born 1922), will be held in San Francisco's Japantown. This two-week event, leading up to, and taking place during GODZILLAFEST, is being sponsored by the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California.

The exhibit will include pre-production art, designs, blueprints, storyboards, scripts and rare behind the scenes photographs. Also on display will be a variety of items and products based on Godzilla® and his kaiju co-stars.

Wow, sorry about that! It really isn't mentioned explicitly anywhere (that I could see) that the center is closed on Sunday.

Aaron put the article and pics up, so that will give you a taste of what's on exhibit there. I'm going to try and make it again later this week, just to strudy the storyboards in more detail.
