Holiday Inn O'Hare sucks!!
Posted: Sat Apr 17, 2004 5:52 pmI'm not familiar with the rooms in the Radisson hotel but the Holiday Inn hotel where G-Fest is being held this year has rooms in which all the TV have NO accessible AV input jacks: meaning anyone actually attempting to actually have FUN in their hotel rooms by perhaps having a party and maybe setting up a video game system or DVD player can't do it! And I ordered a deluxe room! Holiday Inn seems to be the only chain of hotels I've ever been to that actually does this.
I had high hopes for being able to throw an 'after hours' type of party on Saturday night, complete with my complete collection of Godzilla R2s playing constantly on the TV through my portable DVD player. wtf?! How dissapointing.
I guess all I have to look forward to now are some late nights at the hotel bar, assuming they even have one of those!
