Nakajima-san will not be in Syracuse. He has no U.S. appearances scheduled in September.
It's also neither Ken Satsuma or Tsutomu Kitagawa since they will be appearing at Monsterpalooza in Burbank on the same weekend.

Thanks for the info I guess its just a ploy to get fans to show up just to see whats going on in hopes of something grand. Now I know not to waste my time.
