SciFi Japan has information and a first look at the exclusive poster for the GODZILLA VS BIOLLANTE screenings in Los Angeles. FX director Koichi Kawakita will attend the screenings and also take part in a special event featuring a panel, Q&A and a screening of the kaiju short THE GOD OF CLAY. Plus the exclusive poster and other Godzilla collectibles will be on sale!

Agreed. Those that live on the Eastern seaboard or perhaps in the mid-west have it tough. Too bad really. Japanese guests don't want to travel too far away from Japan. LA and California in general is right next to the Pacific. Hence why anime and sci-fi conventions in Toronto, Canada rarely if anything get any cool Japanese guests. I suppose the exception would be G-Fest in Chicago. I have to wonder what "special exclusive merchandise" Kawakita will be offering at the Anime Jungle autograph signing event?
