I just watched War of the Monsters on Chiller Drive-in, so as much as I wanted to vote Barugon(on a much superior Shout! release), I couldn't. Gigan seemed like the pretty girl in the poll, too easy a choice. I voted Cloverfield because its something on which I'd like to see some discussion because I don't think I ever had the chance to talk about it on this forum before.

Granted, it looks like Cloverfield's out, and this will end up as a Barugon vs Gigan thunderdome match.

Yeah, that's part of the reason I want Godzilla vs. Gigan to win.

I went into this actually hoping for either Gigan, Barugon or Cloverfield. This is a tough decision, but I personally voted for Gigan and I haven't seen it in over a decade. Barugon I saw when the SF DVD came out.
