Darn, I need an excuse like this to go to Hawaii, but not on such short notice!

Well... these events are mainly conceived with the Hawaii locals, but I hear you -- I've been wanting to say something for months. But, with that being said, I think this may be one of the last events with Ban and Ikeda since JN Productions has pretty much exhausted the materials for KIKAIDA and KIKAIDA 01 with the release of this box set...

Anyhow, I am scheduled to be there, so I can at least report on the event for ya'll who can't make it.

I constantly extoll the excellent work done by JN Productions' graphics designer Erwin Baracao and designer/programmer/author Robby Gaskell; I thought their work on the original KIKAIDA set was great, then they knocked me out with KAMEN RIDER V3, but now I've been blown away by their work on KIKAIDA 01! JN Productions is a full-production house, from translation/English subs to package and menu design to programming and authoring -- and more DVD labels should tap them for work, because their DVD releases will look all the better for it (their subs kick ass, too) -- their clients include Funimation and Viz Video.
