Hi fellow G-Fans,

Last year my started out as a lil fan project and became quite a successful event! Due to popular demand, I was asked to hold the exhibit again this year in August-September in the Branch Library.

Now the event has been pushed up & extended from July 1 - August 31 at both Libraries, Exhibition Display 1 in July at the main library & Exhibition Display 2 in August at the McAuliffe Branch.

There is a possibility to hold a mini convention at the Main Framingham Public Library of Massachusetts (about 35 mins away from Boston, MA USA).

The film festival and day of events activities WILL be held at the main library on July 2x. (28th or 29th, will confirm by next 7/5)

The best part is, this entire event is FREE!!!

Since this year is both Ultraman's & Gamera's 40th anniversary, I would like to honor them along with Godzilla in another exhibit this August. In order to do this, I am looking for some Ultraman & Gamera posters. What would be really nice is to put up the new Ultra movie & Gamera: The Little Brave posters in the lobby for the event. Since all items are coming from my personal collection and is a free non-profit event, I am wondering if anyone is able to help me by providing posters or other Ultra items for display or simply providing info on where I can obtain posters.

If I'm able to get enough Ultraman stuff to showcase at the main library exhibit hall, I may be able to hold some film showings, arts and craft activities for the kids, story time, costume contest, art & model display rooms, ect.

Here is the prototype for the Poster for my convention/exhibit! As you can see, I'm still working on it. I will add Rodan, Mothra, the Ultrabrothers, & the Gamera Kaiju.

Should I include Kamen Rider in the exhibit???? (Honestly, I don't have much of a collection and my KR buddy doesn't feel like contributing... :shrug:)

Anyways, let me know what you think.

I'll try to finish drawing by the end of the week and have it colored next week.

Also, if anyone is interested in helping, I would really appreciate it!

Thx JordanGLC. I'll let u guys know if I can turn this into a big event. I'm going to do my best to make it as grand as G-Fest but so far I'm the only one planning this all out. I hope others can help out w/ the event or contribute.

Exhibition Display up & ready to rumble! Film Festival & event day of activities scheduled for July 28.

Exhibit 1 'Godzilla X Gamera X Ultraman' is a major hit at the Framingham Public Library right now. I was just asked by a reported from the Boston Globe who will be writing an article about my exhibition & event.

Also Framingham.com as well as MZ is covering the event on spot.

Exhibit 2 titled, 'History of Godzilla,' will be on display at the MCA Branch in August.

Here's the article in the July 6th Boston Globe. The Metrowest will be interviewing with me and writing a more in-depth article w/ pictures of the exhibition and providing coverage of the event in the coming weeks.
