Postby gforever » Fri Aug 26, 2005 1:55 am

Hi! I just wanted to give out a reminder that this will be the last week for the 50th Anniversary Godzilla Exhibit. It has been extended by popular demand. I'm very pleased that theres so many Fans and non fans, from children to adults that enjoy this exhibit as much as I enjoy sharing it.

Heres a direct link to the Exhibit Page:

I urge you to visit my newly redesigned website too. Although not all links & subpages are ready, the layout and coding is just about finished. :)

Below is an e-mail I recieved from a patron.
========================================================
Greetings:
I want to bring to your attention a remarkable display of Godzilla collectibles
currently exhibited in the lobby of the Christa McAuliffe Library, 10 Nicholas
Road, Framingham.

According to the information posted with the display, Andrew Wong, Framingham
resident, UMass/Amherst student, graphic artist and web developer, accumulated
his huge collection over a period of ten years. To celebrate the 50th
anniversary of the showing of the first Godzilla film, Andrew has filled the
display case with what appears to be more than a thousand items of Godzillaramia
including statues, posters, comics and other ephemera. The collection has
prompted much excitement among the many Godzilla fans and collectors throughout
the state who learned of the display via internet bulletin boards and whose
enthusiasm has prompted them to make the trip to north Framingham from as far
away as Springfield, Woburn and Andover. According to the library staff, people
arrive daily from many neighboring towns to view the collection, which will be
on display through the end of August. I urge you to visit the library and have a
look.
