Well in my experience (clears throat and prepares KG's pattented adivce for dating)...

Normally the more attractive a woman is the more insane/ full of herself she is. Plus, it's great to have a 10 on your arm out in public, but it's also horrible, because everyone's looking at you like..."How the F did he get her" or they're looking at her like "I'd hit that". So, it becomes exhausting actually, plus, very hot women can usually coast through life never having said anything intelligent.

So, I say, as cliche as it sounds, go for the stuff on the inside and eventually, she'll look like a 10 in your eyes as opposed to dating a 10 and having a part of you die on the inside from shame.

Sides, we all know, busty blondes are so 90's man....nerdy, or smart, petite girls are where it's at these days :D (Though I'll always love goth/ punk women, dated tons of those in High School...but, as an adult...eh, that's what roleplaying is for though  )

Anywho, where was I.

Oh yes, I have not seen the Swedish version actually. Probably won't now. The movie's plot was meh really. I'm not one for murder mysteries really with a few notable exceptions like Seven (I want to hate it so much...Fincher you douche) and Insomnia. Oh, and a Denzel Washington movie called Fallen ...I love that movie, but then again, I think Denzel Washington and Tom Hanks are national treasures essentially. Pains me to see them making bad movies these days

Oh don't worry, they're relatively tame compared to perhaps what you'd expect (that gossipy bit I mentioned in the podcast about a teacher getting fired is actually MUCH more tame than the imagination probably suggests). And obviously, some other stories could be total fabrications. She seemed to be pretty normal by most accounts and she was always pretty tame in what she did in her "line of work" in comparison to her contemporaries. I definitely have much worse stories (that I know ARE true) about girls I knew in high school who didn't become porn stars

But "Dani Woodward" is certainly an very attractive girl. She moved back to the area after retiring from porn a couple years ago. Not sure what she's doing these days. I know a few friends that keep in touch with her (you'd be shocked how many times she's shown up in the "People You May Know" thing on the side of my Facebook ), I just never cared to keep up I guess.

Ya know, I kind feel bad for her in a way. I mean, like...what's she supposed to do with the rest of her life now? Almost any man she'd try to date would have seen her films so that'd probably create a weird trust barrier. Career wise she's probably dead in the water, cause I mean...most of her male (and yes, even female) bosses have probably seen her work. Granted, she's made enough money to probably never work again and be fine but...it's just gotta suck being essentially confined to your house for the rest of your life.

Aronofsky and Fincher should just fall in love already and create some sort of sick, cynical eternally depressed child already. I'm really, really getting sick of both of their "schtick", escpecially Fincher.

I'm going to say it again, Fight Club is an over rated failure of a film. Its message is lost on almost every meat head that sees it, and I can't really blame the meat heads, I have to blame Fincher and the script which spend 99% of the movie glorifying violence and apathy only to try and turn that message on its head at the last second. I don't think Fincher buys into his own positive message honsetly. I'd hate to be on one of his movie sets. You guys describing the type of people Fincher casts, and what it's prob like on his sets was hilarious because its true!!

Anywho, don't know where that came from.

Back to Dani lol, yeah I'm sure almost anyone would date her...but that's the problem, its hard to imagine having a long term relationship between her and a guy.

I think achieving the level of success that she did is both a blessing and a curse. A blessing because she has a lot of money. A curse because she'll be remembered for a while even though she's not making movies anymore and her videos will be circulated on the net forever.

Imagine being her teenage son someday, surfing the net for some "material"...there's no way youre going to be able to navigate through the web without finding vids of your mom lol.

There's just a lot of reasons why going into that profession is bad. But, I'm pretty progressive too, so I find nothing wrong with it, and we all reap the benefits from their bad choices, but if it makes them happy and rich, why the hell not I guess.

Still, I can conclusively say I would not want my daughter doing that, though I don't know if I'd go so far as to disown her like Laurence Fishburne did to his daughter

Well, like I said, or meant to at least...N. American Grey Wolves have been taught to fear humans more or less. Listen to the two eps on the wolves....they more or less explain this. I was shocked to hear this because I believe the same thing you did, that wolves are more or less harmless.

But apparently way back in the day...Americans and Canadians began to systematically hunt and trap wolves. There were large bounties placed on wolf pelts and many hunters were able to make a living just by killing wolves. So wolves have reason to fear us in America and they also have a population that's been drastically cut back.

Wolves predate for a few reasons...territorially (like in The Grey) or if they're starving, and their food supplies are scarce. The small numbers or wolves in America, combined with their fear of humans, makes it seem very, very unlikely that they will attack any humans in the Americas.

The episode about the Brotherhood of Wolves incident, also suggest, that during times of war in Europe...wolves fed on the carcasses of dead soldiers and so you can trace wolf-human attacks dramatically increasing directly following large land conflicts in Europe.

And FYI...the podcast, Monstertalk...is by the people of Skeptics magazine, so don't expect any BS like you'd see on a show that'd air on The Discovery Channel. Most of the time, these guys, and gal, pretty much disprove most cryptids, and that can be a little bit of a downer at times, but overall, it's a very informative podcast and they even do some fun eps like a Cthulu one, and an interview with a guy that helped create "Bat-Boy"...
