Let's journey away from Japan this week and focus on countries that are still making new monster movies. ;) They may not be amazing, but I bet we will be entertained!

If we still have a tie when I check back here tomorrow I'll pick a winner.

Just cast my vote. Apparently I did not help the situation.

The winner, after four-way tie, by decision:

TROLLHUNTER

So the first time i watched this i had seen the international trailer that made it seem like a comedic adventure... and then the US trailer that tried to sell it as straight horror... so i was definitely confused when the movie was none of those things...In fact it played more like an episode of "Dirty Jobs" than a found footage flick... so a second viewing had been overdue

Overall I'd say my enjoyment increased on this second viewing, and I really can't imagine an english version remake working (has that dropped into development hell yet?)
