It's a game, not a movie, so this thread should probably be moved. I'm excited for it though, with Kojima and del Toro involved it has potential to be the first good Silent Hill game since the fourth.

Yeah, it is a game, but I'm still skeptical. There hasn't been a good game since 3.

Although, I wouldn't mind another movie if it was actually made more like the first movie rather than that piece of crap Revelations.

Never saw the second movie, been meaning too though. Thought the first one was one of the best game-to-movie adaptations. I think I might go double feature on those soon.

Well considering that the other contenders for best game-to-movie adaptation is Mortal Kombat and Tomb Raider, it's not the best praise it could get. But I only saw the first one once, so I really should go back and re-evaluate that opinion.

Well, this game is probable going to get canned as Kojima is leaving Konami at the end of this year. In fact, Konami has apparently removed Kojima's name from everything MGSV.
