I could care less about online play. It's not something that interests me at all.

Jeez, makes me wonder how everyone survived in the days before online play whenever they'd play fighting games.

I don't care if the game ends up having online play or not.

Sure, it'd be a nice extra but it won't be a deal breaker for me.

How many Japanese Godzilla games have been imported to America in the last 10 years? That's right non.

Playstation One had a game that could have been ported.

Dreamcast had two that could have been ported.

Plus the Saturn game(s) and so on.

If sales are poor and such no game developer is going to see the license as a viable video game franchise so no one will want to make or release games of Godzilla here in the states. It's very simple business practices actually.
