Monster Zero x SciFi Japan - Archive Only

So I had my first true complaint towards this console today. I'm in the middle of playing and the gamepad battery died. -_- Unlike the PS3 or regular Wii, I could just pick up my second controller and continue playing. It is kind of hard to do that when a game REQUIRES ONLY THE GAMEPAD!!

I had an itch to play Mario. So I caved a bought the delux edition. I learned from the classic Nintendo/SNES games they don't retrofit them for HD televisions. I would of thought there would have been some serious $$$ in that. (I learned that on another forum, maybe they are wrong)

Okay I bought one game of the eShop, , I haven't gotten far into it but it's alright. But I'm just having some mental anguish over the lack of security with digital downloads. I WANT to download games, the ease of going from game to game on the go so fantastic, but it feels so unsecured. Sorry, I'm just venting my frustration and not sure if I want to break down and buy some digital games.

EDIT: Slightly caved. Bought Colors 3D, $7 and change, because I wanted something to doodle on and the aspect of making 3D images is kind of cool. I've been having a blast with it!

the new Smash for Wii U comes out in December I believe or late November.

Today Nintendo annouced yet another new new 3DS and 3DS XL hardware configuration called New 3DS and New 3DS XL what's the difference?

-A Better CPU
-Longer Battery Life
-Better viewing angles for 3D
-Amiibo support
-Second Circle Pad though it's a lot smaller than the other circle pad pro
-Second Trigger called Zr I think
-Faceplates for the smaller version.

Also annouced is Xenoblade Chronicles which can only be played on the new 3DS.

After looking into it I'll probably pick up the "new" 3DS because I never got a chance to finish Xenoblade on Wii and it retails for more than I want to pay for it even though it's well worth it.

It's because the new 3DS has the more powerful CPU that's how Xenoblade can only work with the new hardware. The old hardware is too slow for it, it'd be like trying to play Crysis on a PC from 1999 it can't be done. I'm kind of irked by it myself that they come out with this new hardware but at the same time I'm excited for the possibilities it brings.

Hopefully Nintendo does something for fans that have purchased the 3DS before hand. Sort of like they did with early adoptors who bought it the system before the price drop.

My 2DS disappeared about a month ago and I have no idea where it is.

When will they announce an actual date for Smash Bros for the WiiU?

The Wii U version will probably get a release date next month or so. My guess is it'll be December 31st when those Amiibo figures come out.

I ordered a refurbished Wii U from Nintendo. Should be here by next week.

The more I think about it the more I realize Nintendo should change the name of the new 3DS rather than it being New 3DS they should change it to either Super 3DS/Super 3DS XL or 3DS Plus/3DS XL Plus
