For starters, I'm surprised that CAPCOM decided to upload this demo to american servers, considering it's the same one as the japanese pirate.

I play offline co-op with my 'bro and it's fun. I hate playing online because some people don't like playing it straight and narrow and like to be asses to you.

...Which is why I only play with folks I know.

There was a video on Youtube of some MS rep talking about how you can play with the two control styles. He was interviewed at a recent convention I believe. Again, thank God. I played the demo a few more times and am use to the controls, but I think walking and shooting will really add to the game and pull you in more; especially when you're being chased by enemies like that guy with the chain-saw.

So I started playing through RE0 today and boy I forgot how much I disdain it. It isn't a bad game persay, but it is the lack of item boxes and invetory slots that really makes it a pain in the ass to play. I hate having to drop precious healing items in the middle of nowhere where I will never come back to to pick them up again. Not to mention those leech men are still the biggest pains in RE history. Unless you run away from them, you are guaranteed to use a healing item right after a battle. Anyway, I just killed the giant bat, but after playing the game for 5 hours, I really should have been done by now. It is taking a lot longer than I had anticipated, which is not a good thing since I've got less than 2 weeks to get through them all.

EDIT AND MAJOR RE5 SPOILER

Stupid Playstation Magazine. I picked it up for their RE5 review, and they tell you that Jill is dead without even giving you a warning.

END SPOILER

Yeah, I've been avoiding as many spoilers as possible, as usually reviews do not tell you a plot point spoiler.

BTW, I just finished 0 about a half hour ago, so tomorrow I start REmake. Thankfully I do not have any reason to touch 0 again until the next RE comes out.

On the down side, I really wish there was an easy way to get infinite ammo in these games without a Gameshark. I mean RE2 has that code, and I bought the infinite RL and Assault Rifle in RE3 a long time ago, but it seems like REmake only has the Samurai Edge while CV does not have anything with IA unless it is through a GS code, which obvioulsy cannot be used through my PS3.

I just hope I still have the save file that will give me the Samurai Edge in REmake without having to face the exploding zombie mode.
