So this new 1st party game was announced today called Hardware 2 (working title). From what I understand it's essentially Warhawk meets Twisted Metal, but with fully destructible environments including buildings that can fall and kill your opponents as well as take down other buildings in the process. I would hope there's on-foot stuff and that you can go into these buildings... it would be a whole new way to take out snipers!

But it'll be up to 50 vs 50, so looks like it's another big online game coming from Sony. I don't think it's their big exclusive game that has wowed a lot of journalists but I think this is one of the twelve titles they were talking about unveiling.

Insomniac must be kinda mad... Reistance 2 is suppose to have 60-player death matches (which is huge for a console game) and now MAG and Hardware 2 make that look puny

Oh by the way, Tom. In response to your message last night, I probably won't be getting Resistance 1 again. I'm just going to wait for 2 I think.

Well I got Battlefield Bad Company from Gamefly... Man, I am having a hard time getting into it. I dunno... it's just not the same as Metal Gear!

I can confirm they're at Meijer's I forgot to mention it but last week when I was in there they had both the $50 and $20 cards.

A demo for Final Fantasy 13 will be available when you purchase Advent Children Complete (which I guess is the blu-ray version of the movie) when it comes out in March.

Not sure if this is the big news that Square promised for PS3 owners, but their private party event is going on now apparently. One website found time to notice that the name of the event looks like it spells out "REMAKE 7" when you jumble the letters and then flip the individual letters around. Rumor has it the big announcement deals with FF 7, be it a remake or a FF 7-2 sequel like they did with FF 10.

It's a sequel to FFVII.

Anyway, I traded in a bunch of Dragonball DVDs and 360 games today and bought SCIV. I just got home about a half hour ago, so I won't have time to play it until tomorrow.

Leipzig is only a couple of weeks away right? That should be a big one as they have a few big things coming from other games, like Age of Conan's DX10 version.
