If it scratches the games till they're unplayable and the 360 has been known to do that in some cases (there's a few videos of it around the web somewhere) then the system should be covered by any store warranty. Now MS will try to say it's not there fault but the fact is it is there fault for not putting better hardware in the system, well they are now but still. The fact of the matter is you have a system that scratches your games your PS3 doesn't do it does it? I know mine doesn't luckly my 360 doesn't scratch discs unless I move it while a disc is spinning. So you should be able to take your system back to the store and use your Store warranty that you bought.

You could always say it's giving you DRE (Disc Read Errors) which techniquly isn't lying if your system scratches your games. :wink:
