YEP. It is. I have two JAP games - Naruto Narultimate Portable and Ultraman Fighting Evolution 0. They work flawlessly.


BTW, for the Firmware bug - I won't say much, but based on experience, GTA: Liberty City Stories is your BEST friend. On ALL firmwares. :wink:
