This is a promotional video Toho released for the upcoming children book called "Ganbare, Chibi Gojira" ("Do your best, Chibi Godzilla") were the titular charactr is none other that Godzilla in chibi version, which in the story began as an emotional, crybaby little kaiju. Also Chibi Mothra, Chibi Rodan and Chibi King Ghidorah will be there as well.
