Monster Zero x SciFi Japan - Archive Only

This book is 380 pages of reprinted Godzilla manga from 1954-1958. The original film and Raids Again both appear as well as some other oddities. It’s interesting to see these yesteryear comics and how the deviate from the films (check out that Oxygen Destroyer). Very cool and still available at Amazon Japan with a international shipping.

What the sam hell is that last page all about?!

What's going on? I have no idea.. but it involves Godzilla and Anguirus.

That segment of the book is reprints of a Godzilla manga from a creator named Shigeru Sugiura. He is well known for his surrealist style and was published from the 1930s - 1970s. Much of his work was published in shonen magazines. He is cited by Hayao Miyazaki as an influence. That's about all i can graft from the babelfish.
