Monster Zero x SciFi Japan - Archive Only

So, I liked the issue, but it starts out as one of the most mundane things to come out of this series thus far, LUCKILY an interesting debut for Gaira and Sanda has enough of a mystery to bring it closer to par with the quality of previous issues. I guess this will be the plot of issues 5-8. I will say I think this is my least favorite issue of the series thus far but that it is still leagues better than ANY of the last ongoing.

Can't really agree with the above sentiment when taking issue #2
into account, which was an absolute waste of time and panel space. However, with the exception issue #2, this has been a surprisingly good series thus far.

Honestly, this guy definitely doesn't seem like the most articulate guy out there (he says "things are happening!" in every single one of his damn reviews), but it's one of the few(only) YouTube reviews of these books out there, and at least he seems honest and not full of himself.

Well I don't hate GINO (the design/character as he has become since the initial film appearance) as much as some. So that's probably why I have no problem with 2.

Woah. Sounds like I gotta get hunting for this issue.

I wasn't bothered at all with issue two either. I really don't care for Zilla, but I don't hate him enough for his appearance to ruin a decent story.

I haven't been disappointed with any issue so far in this series. Issue 5 is great, especially the action scenes we are treated to.

If only IDW had launched their Godzilla comics with something like Rulers of Earth..

Issue 5 sold 6,920 copies, which is decent especially considering the hemorrhaging reader loss between each of the previous ongoings issues.
