"Who's Afraid of Godzilla?", "Godzilla Likes to Roar", and "Godzilla vs Gigan and The Smog Monster" all had better, deeper plots than Powell's KOM 8-)

"Godzilla Likes to Roar" is worth getting solely for Eggleton's work in it, which is stellar as usual...

I would have liked to see The Lost Continent as well. In that regard, I still haven't read Vs. The Robot Monsters. I've heard several times that it's the best.

I am currently re-reading these books (I own all of them).
They are actually pretty good, I especially like the parts where they go inside Godzilla's head and describe what he is feeling.

I very recently bought the last Ciencin young adult book, and despite it being almost 15 years past that, I found several used copies for reasonable prices on Amazon.

There is still a listing for The Lost Continent (book on tape) on Amazon.
Of course it says "not available".

It would be great to get at least that done now, but a bunch more books like these would be great.
What is Cerasani up to now anyways?

As for the manga version of 1985, not sure if Dark Horse could put it out again.
Since IDW has the comic book stuff for Godzilla.
It is pretty cool though.
Though I might have to poke around to find a copy of Godzilla: King of the Monsters (the Dark Horse comic) with The Lord Howe monster (the one that looks a LOT like Eibrah).
