I just read #10 and thought it was pretty good, especially in comparison to most of the other issues, and the battle was lengthy (by KOM standards). I'm surprised to hear it's apparently ending after #12, but I'm really interested to hear what they're going to do after that.

*SPOILERS******************************

Well, this is easily the best issue of KOM so far. MG rules the day in this issue. The battle takes most of the panels, which is a nice change of pace compared to what we've gotten most of the time. If KOM were closer to this most of the time I probably wouldn't have stopped buying it.

The artwork does still suck. For all the battle scenes shown, it's hard to get past the awful artwork. Man, I wish Matt Frank were given KOM...

Finally picked this up today. It was... not bad. I still dig Santos' art for the most part, though I would have rather seen it for a four or five-issue mini series as opposed to eight issues of an ongoing. I like it but I'm tiring of it, you know? Story was alright but despite the more solid writing, Ciaramella can't bring us back from the mess Powell left for him. Eesh.
