Um....this book is quite old (I know because I have it!). It was released several years ago by Rosen Publishing Group in January 2005, and was also reviewed in G-Fan shortly thereafter:

Rosen Pub. also released similar books on King Kong, Dracula, Frankenstein, Wolfman, Creature from the Black Lagoon, etc....in terms of style, the book is almost identical the the Ian Thorne book (minus some of Crestwood/Thorne book's inaccuracies, but also unfortunately minus the charm)....all in all, it was a "so-so" book...for those who don't have it, you're not missing much...
