Posted: Sun Aug 24, 2008 8:05 pmyou can't copyright a title. and if this has nothing to do with Toho's version, they can't do squat, legally, except perhaps try to intimidate the publisher. they left ? and the Mysterians alone for years though already. i think Tokyopop is going to be fine.
