And yet, the comic does have its' fans, and I'm sure they'll be pleased to see this collection. I know I am. The news seemed to go down well over at the board I mentioned in the other thread. Not all Godzilla fans are purists, y'know.

Marvel seems to be going through a monster renaissance of sorts, with the current crop of new monster books and upcoming Atlas era Masterworks. Why not bring back Godzilla as well? I applaud Marvel for pulling this off. They probably figure there's a market for it.
Anyway, for those of you that don't like the book or any notion of it being reprinted, no-one's forcing you to buy it...
