Marmit 1995 Vinyl Paradise Desu Goji

I preordered one of these back in June and the release date was pushed back till late October. Now I'm seeing the purple variant show up on e-bay under the Medicom banner. Is this the same figure? The sale is so old now I can't pull up the description on e-bay. The listing does not say 'vinyl wars' like the Medicom purple variant. Anybody seen one of these or now if the Marmit is starting to surface? I usually have good luck with pre-orders from this seller, but they seem as in the dark as I am on this one.

It's likely the ebay release is just coming from Japan instead of a preoder through Diamond. I don't know much about your preorder but they are likely the same figure. The international banner for these rereleases is Vinyl Wars (and covers more than Marmit) but they aren't being marketed that way in the US. In fact i Think they have been putting them in boxes in the US and calling them all Vinyl Paradise, even though the figures weren't originally in the VP line in Japan (this sculpt was part of the Monster Heaven line).. and since the US releases are coming from Diamond, sometimes its a little hard to figure when they will actually be in hand. When you start seeing the figure show up on ebay with the box, then they are probably out domestically.
