SciFi Japan has product specs and more than 70 high-res photos of Bandai Tamashii Nations releases scheduled for February /March 2014. The lineup includes Ultra-Act Ultraman Leo, S.H.Figuarts: Agito Shining Form and Robot Spirits: Wing Gundam.

Are those just new announcements since Garren and Mammoth Ranger were already announced for Feb?

When Bluefin sends out the press info and photos for an upcoming release schedule sometimes they'll mention previously announced individual items, and sometimes they don't. So if an item like the Black/Mammoth Ranger is announced separately I would assume it will still be released as scheduled unless Bluefin says otherwise.
