As you can tell, I'm a big fan of the 96 design. As you can also probably tell, the Iphone 4's camera isn't very good but what can you do?

I've always thought that Revoltech 95 figure had an amazing sculpt. I think the 96 is a little bit of a step down in fact

Bandai's Gamera trio, each one a smaller scale than the last...





I love the posture on this guy:



But, popular though the '96 and '99 looks may be, I think this fella just lends himself best to action figure form:

Here are some entries from Gamera Konami SF Collection Series 1... again, despite how small these are, the detail on this series puts a lot of more expensive figures to shame.

Gamera 99 (with replaceable burning fist arm)

Here is the Iwakura Gamera skull (there is also a "crystal" skull variant of this one)

The jaw is hinged, which means despite being a skull, it has more movement than almost all of the other Iwakura box toys together



and here is another Gamera from Konami SF Daei Series 1

That skull is sweet.

Thanks, its one of my favorite pieces since its kind of unique.. not a lot of Gamera skull sculpts out there..

Then this BEAUTY is actually a Revoltech! It was released to be in scale with the Legion figure and has no hint of articulation
