Heck, they even agreed to cancel a preorder of several items that was ready since i informed them that i just lost my job (beginnings of 2012). They are very good fellas and i got from them a great part of my Bandai collection. I used that virtual storage just once without a problem. BTW, Moonlight, will HLJ carry that Bandai Kaiser Darkness figure from the Ultra Zero Fight tv show that should be released next month? i think it was called Ultra Zero Fight Boss character. Thanks!

In over 10 years I received countless goodies from HLJ over the years in perfect shape.
I had a cancelation once from them, altought I was dissapointed, perfection is impossible and the supplyer was at fault.
I recently returned a faulty Bandai's King-Gidorah, and I was impressed with their stellar customer service.
