In terms of looks it has to be between the 2003 Tokyo SOS Bandai Standard Mothra and the Bandai Standard GMK Mothra.

Millenium Mothra came to save us from Heisei Mothra!

Showa will always be my favorite, but Millenium is pretty close. I love her opening scene in Tokyo SOS although I waver sometimes on the GMK Mothra design because of how wasp-like it is. I had the GMK gashapon for a while, which is really nice especially because of the cocoon base. I wish I wouldn't have sold off all the gashapons I owned at one time or another. I should have kept them in a shoebox. :(

You can't tell me you didn't shed a tear when Mothra sacrificed herself in front of her children in order to save them in Tokyo SOS. Her children were forced to watch in horror...*sniff...I hope they're okay now...

I might have to track down that HG series 10 gashapon. I've never seen it before. I really like the mid-flap wings.
