So I don't have any experience with Max Factory. Are their pieces usually pretty good as far as quality goes?

I've just seen these and damn. I'm not even the biggest Metroid fan or anything but these look like some great figures. They rival the ones First4Figures put out awhile ago. Tempted to get them.

SHFiguarts and Figmas are among the best high-end figure lines from Japan. Don't let any schmucks here tell you otherwise.
