Friend found this in a box of junk at a Flea market and got it for me. Anyone seen it before. No markings so I would say it is a unlicensed knockoff of some sort but not sure. Its about 3 or so inches tall. It has a T shaped tab on the bottom that makes it look like it was attached to something maybe. Know what it is anyone?

It attaches to a skateboard and was found at dollar stores several years ago. is a link to a picture.
