I know I've sung the praises of the '84 MH figure before, so I won't do that here. But I will point out that it is NOT a mix of the suit & cybot. It is a VERY accurate (for a stylized toy) representation of the Cybot, and only the cybot. While I don't care to see them redo this particular figure as I DO love it, I'd be all for a companion figure based on the '84 suit. That would make for a really awesome shelf display.

The MH '64 has the exact same problem with the tail as the '62. Neither figure is even close to the top of my list of favorite MH Marmits. I'm incredibly glad Gigabrain made figures of both of these. And while I do like the giant Marmit '62, I think the giant '64 leagues ahead of it, especially the matte vinyl version.

I'm starting to think like ebirahsmeg, that Marmit must have gotten new sculptors or something within the last few years. None of their most recent figures even compare to the stuff from just a few years ago in terms of sculpt. The Godzilla's are pretty poor for all the reasons I've already stated.
