So from what I've seen, the Legion and G2 figures are not in-scale whatsoever.
Which G2 release would scale best with my X-Plus Legion figure? Don't really care about articulation, just whatever would look coolest/most accurate on display. The G2 statue is smaller right? So I assume that'll probably be the way to go, as I won't have to worry about visible joints either. Just double-checking.
EDIT - Nevermind, found out that either release is way too small still for X-Plus Legion scale. Oh well.

Last year at G-Fest sculpter Hiroshi Sagae, the man behind the kaiju talked about how many units they had to sell in order for one of these highly articulated figures to even start to turn any profit. I got the impression that they had yet to make a profit for most of the kaiju they did produce, while figures like the Batman did better.
Was anyone else there for that panel?
