It looks like it's part of an "Encyclopedia of Godzilla" series that came out in late 2006, but I've found very little info on it. I think that the TEX021 figure in the set is also a Jet Jaguar, but in a standing position.
Anyone know anything about this? Photos of the figures would be awesome.
