Iwakura had a baby Irys figure in the first Gamera/Gappa/Guilala set.

The X-Plus Irys looks nice,but the arm spikes are prone to falling out,allthough you can just pop em back on. Also it hates standing up under it's own power.
Buy it for 20-25 dollars,but pass on it if it costs more.

Whoops! I was referring to the six inch crane prize figure which I got at Suncoast for 20 bucks. I've never seen the larger one,I didn't know it existed.
