I really don't see what is so great about this figure to warrant a $100 price tag, since the monster's structure hardly has any bulk to it, it looks real frail and cheap to make, and those seams are way too distracting. The Mezco Kong (see recent purchases thread)I got a few weeks ago was 15" tall, bulky/heavy, had 10 points of movement, and detailed down to the wet look on his nose and that cost half the price of this.
With that being said, I sadly still think I will be getting this figure since it is more then likely the only official anything we we will get of the monster.

i'll wait for this to pop up on ebay cheaper, it ain't worth $100, I could get something better than that.

I was hoping they would release something that would be more in scale with my other 6 and 8 inch figures.

Well, we did know for some time that he'd be 14" tall, so that hope was shattered a while ago.
Clover was one of the many figures featured at the 2008 Toy Fair, and looks
much better than in the item listing.

I'm sure that will help - TFW2005 is overloaded with traffic and is constantly going down, plus I was hoping for more parasite images.
