Posted: Fri Feb 01, 2008 12:38 amIf you pay for SAL, be warned that your shipment can get lost or damaged that was my experience w/ HLJ. Even if the figure is not damaged the box would be and as a collector, I like my stuff including boxes & tags to be in the best condition as possible. They will refund your money ONLY if the item is damaged, not the box/tag. If the item does get lost in the mail, you have to wait the full 90 days before requesting a refund and probably give them another 1-2 weeks to process your request. Don't forget the ridiculous vacations they have weekly too.
