Bandai Creation Series 4 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Postby swfreakjpb » Fri Sep 07, 2007 11:52 pm

Well if Final Wars was series 3 then I guess this is 4. I hope this has not been posted already. If it is, sorry I did not find it anywhere. I had no idea there would be more of this line. I never saw news of it here.

WOW!!!!! I went into a local KB Today to kill some time with a friend and was in for a big surprise. I guess I am not up to speed with US releases of toys. I found a brand new wave of Bandai creation figures, and these are the most unique releases yet. I mean they seem to be very different then there Japanese counterparts, more so then earlier Bandai creation releases. There was 68 Goji, Hedorah, 2000 Goji and Destroyer. I guess there will be a 12 inch Kiryu and Final Wars Goji later. Its like the Goth Wave or something. The packaging is Grey and the Monsters or all Dark ones, Black Red and Grey. One nice thing is the tails. They seem to be more shelf friendly. They are curled or pointed up. Which makes them easier for displaying. I do not know about earlier releases, but these are all new toys if you ask me. They are more then just a little bigger then the Japanese ones. Wish I had a Digi Camera to post pics. Best one is Hedorah. Its so different, and a little green.

Do you have any pictures of them to prove what you say is true by any chance.

Sorry. Like I said. I do not have a Digi camera. And do not even know how to post pics on the forum anyway. If I had a digi Camera and did know how, I would. Heck, I would be posting all kinds of pics on these forums. I have a receipt. I can scan it and email it to you. Don't help much. It just lists all 4 as Godzilla. I am just saying I found them, they are out, if you are into the creation stuff start looking. I am not here to brag or make up stories. I had not heard of any news of these so I wanted to pass on info. Also It seems like TRU has quite a bit of the older ones before the Final Wars set.

Holy crap.

To say this is news is an understatement.

Incidentally, the choice of kaiju doesn't seem too surprising. The lack of that sweet Anguirus is a minor bummer, but I have got to see these!

What's the stuff about 12" figures, though?! Are they cross-sells on the packaging?

Hmm...not a bad monster selection.

If it's true. I have a digi camera. I could've gone to my local KB store.

If they didn't close. I'll search Ebay and other sites. swfreakjpb, if your lying...you will pay.

If true, these things kinda come out of nowhere...

WOW!!!!! I thought I was the last to know as usual, then again I had not seen any rumors or anything posted as usual. I have no reason to lie. If I did I would come up with all kinds of crazy crap to post like a 12 inch Godzilla vs. Megalon set with all 4 monsters complete with Break apart Dam play set. I spoke with the counter guy a little and even he was surprised to see another wave. There is a picture of the 12 inch ones on the back. Actually, how do I post a picture in the forum. DUH!!!!!!!! I can at least scan the back of the package and post it, or just email it to someone.

Upload a picture on photobucket.com and use the forum code to upload it.

It's pretty easy.

That was my fault, due to unfamiliarity with how ImageShack is with their images. Here is the proper URL to use, and the pic itself.

I'm not loving that Godzilla 2000 based on the promotional image alone, especially the lower legs, but we'll see how it turns out in-person.

At least from these tiny pics, not much to comment on with '68 or Hedorah, but since you said Hedorah's kinda green, guess I'll have to see actual pics of the figure.

The Destoroyah looks good, no complaints or anything.

And the 12" figures... not too impressed by Godzilla, but Kiryu has potential. PLEASE, let these see release just to liven things up!

I'm surprised the FW Godzilla came in 12-inch form first instead of 6-inch.

Um. That's what Series 3 was for. Hell, FW Godzilla's the only one I've ever seen from that wave!

We Can only hope. Say, anyone who manages to buy these should totally totally post pics of them!

I really hope Destoryah and Hedorah are in scale. (Or at least have more VOLUME than their itty bitty Bandai of Japan counterparts)

Man..sucks that KayBee toys are goneski in my neck of the woods.
