Anyone know of interesting shops for Godzilla goodies in Japan? I know there've been some information pertaining to this but the best I could find is a couple of years old....potentially not so reliable now.
Advice?

This shop is near Nakamise Street in Asakusa, Tokyo has Godzilla toys. There are several Mandarake shops at the Broadway Mall near the Nakano train station that sell Godzilla goods.

Was a great place I found in Akihabara with an entire Tokusatsu floor. Can't remember exactly where it was but that's where I found the $30 diecast Kiryus that I didn't have room in my bags for...
Btw, wanna pick something up for me?

He's right. The Mandarake in Shibuya's great, too. Also, it's near the awesome music shops.

Godzilla-Ya in Koenji (I think) and Golden Age in Ueno are amazing shops, both expensive and I can't tell you how to find them. You'll probably need someone to personally lead you there. Godzilla-Ya actually has two shops, #1 is a floor above #2 and it's like a museum with some stuff not for sale.
(There's another amazing store in Asakusa, but I don't know its name or even how to begin to tell you how to get there.)
Not much help, am I? I'm just sayin' I'm puttin' it out there in case you can find someone in Tokyo who knows where Godzilla-Ya and Golden Age are.
