Monster Zero x SciFi Japan - Archive Only

On the GFW R2 SE, there's a feature with Kyle Cooper showing off some of his Godzilla toys. At one point, he holds up a figure which he says is "Kongzilla" and it gets censored. It's got that pixel-blur effect and a red slash-circle flashing over it. The interviewer/cameraman says something like "They don't like that one".

So, what's the story here folks?

I believe thats a Randy Bowen sculpture. It's extremely rare and limited. I don't know much more than I would have liked to obtain one and the web article here. http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Dimension/8075/kz.html
