What is this? 80s Godzilla Memorabilia Boxed Set

In the mid-1980s, I purchased a boxed set of posters, lobby cards and other promotional materials for every Godzilla film from 1954 to DESTROY ALL MONSTERS from a local hobby store that handled imported merchandise. This set is full of one-sheets and a wide variety of other original Japanese material, and includes a booklet detailing (in Japanese, of course) what every item is. The original Japanese price, as printed on the box was 10,000 yen. I do not know what the boxed set's official name is, but I believe it was released as part of the publicity blitz for the 1984 30th Anniversary film (GODZILLA, RETURN OF GODZILLA, GODZILLA 1985 - depending on which print you see). Over the last nearly 20 years, I have kept this set safely stored away and have only opened it to review its contents a handful of times, so everything (including the box) is still in pristine condition.

If anyone has any info on the official name of this rare item, please let me know. I am seriously considering selling this item, but I would like a bit more info about it before I do so. Thanks.

I've got some similar Memorial Boxes, such as one that focuses on KKvG. Does the box have an identifying image you could scan or post a pic of? Something to translate? Definitely let us know if you plan to sell it. There's a number of us (myself included) that love the print stuff and would be interested.

That's the one I have as well, J (though I don't have the envelope). I'll dig it out and see if I can work up the translation.

EDIT: I believe it's simply called "GODZILLA COLLECTION" (ゴジラコレクツヨン)

Also, it's listed on page 120 & 121 of Dana Cain's "Collecting Japanese Movie Monsters" as "30th Anniversary boxed set of Godzilla paper items, posters, ads, etc., Japanese 1984: $200 - $400"

Thanks, Robert. I'm going to weigh my options and decide whether I want to sell, so your info is very helpful. If I do decide to sell, I'll post here first.
