Every toy line can use some room for improvement. I think it's already being shown that NECA is getting a better handling of Godzilla, if the '54 figure is anything to go by. As well as them listening to fan feedback for '84.

It's NECA, had to know that was gonna happen. I never count them releasing things on time.

I'm going to wait for them to pop up at TRU or FYE before I buy it anyway. I want to look over the figure before buying. I just hope they come in before the huge season shopping gets too busy. I don't want to wade through an ocean of ankle biters to get at my 85 figure.

According to the NECA website, it said that the 1985 figure is releasing in November. I hope that's true. I've been SUPER excited for this figure since NECA announced that they were going to give us a 1985 figure. I was worried for a little bit, but with the improved head, I am back to my original stance! I saw that TRU.com has a preorder thing going on, I'm considering doing that.

So is anyone seeing the 12 inch figure in physical stores yet? I need to see him in person before I can say I must own him. Granted, the pics several pages back looked pretty cool, but I want to see if I really should get him or just stick with the 6inch one.

I feel the larger NECA is an absolute must. He's just beautiful. I haven't seen him in stores mostly because I don't have stores near me that sell these type of toys. So, I have choice but to order online. For the price, I think he's fantastic.

I've seen him at numerous comic shops. In fact, it looks like a new shipment must've come out recently b/c the local shop where I actually buy my comics had sold out of the ones they got in a while ago. Then when I was there yesterday they had four more on the shelf. I've also seen decent stock of it recently (like, within the last two weeks) at several other comic shops scattered around texas.

Oh, and by 12 inch, I assume you're talking about the 12 inch tall/24 inch long Neca G'14 with sound effects. That's the one I'm talking about.

Wait...

Image

You're saying that because this figure has a roar function, and that because it has holes hidden within the tail in which the roar comes from, it is taking something away from this figure? Would you rather him fart the roar?

And for people breaking the sound when applying the tail, and I don't care if anybody did it here, but you're a god damn moron. It isn't rocket science.
