Adult Jr. is the definitive Heisei Godzilla action figure I believe. It gets everything well. The light grey blue wash brings out the musculature really well.

You know, upon thinking about it, that is going to suck if the next release isn't until July. I mean, that is Feb and then July. WTF?

Toy Fair season is next month so we'll see whatever is out there, Godzilla/kaiju and other tokusatsu. And who knows, we might get surprises. If something as dead as Metal Heroes is getting figures, something much more popular (though not on the level of Rider or Sentai) may probably get something released.

Also, remember that this line is not a Godzilla exclusive line, though the focus does seem to be Godzilla (the way Rider gets heavy focus in Figuarts). I'm guessing we'll see Jurassic Park stuff this year.

I'm actually okay with just the Biollante rose form for the second half of the year. This feels like a good time to catch up.

I'd love some Jurassic Park stuff....but all we've gotten is Kong and a buttload of Predator/Alien figures. I thought they might have attempted something from Pacific Rim or Smaug from the Hobbit...but maybe that's better for my wallet.

I hope not. I would rather they stuck to Godzilla stuff and not go into something like JP.

I have Godzilla monsters I want done, so until they give me a freaking Anguirus, I'm not going to be okay with them doing other stuff and having 5 month breaks inbetween releases.

Gamera does look cool and that box looks really "kicking". Though you would think the abdomen and chest would close up a little more snug. Great post HybridGojira!

I don't follow this line too closely so maybe it's not news, but you can see Gamera's wings and I guess his "flying tail" in the box behind him. Cool.

Pictures of Gamera are starting to show up on Facebook. He looks really good, and he's pretty large compared to the Revoltech Gamera (which I think we were all expecting).

Here is a pic I suppose many wanted to see in comparison for Gamera standing next to Godzilla. The "Birth" Godzilla is used for size comparison. Source blog link underneath pic and goes to show how they put in all the articulation perks like they did with Space Godzilla.

Well there goes all that talk that the Gamera figure would be the size of the Revoltech.

the Tamashii Nations special write-up for the Gamera figure shows that it is hopeful that Gamera line will increase. That Gamera III figure should be larger than II. (at least what I gather from the page translation)...
