I'm missing Biollante (may have that remedied, though)
Destroyah Evolution Set
Legend-Goji
and Kiryu 2003.

I'd also like to get those two new effect sets. I don't mind missing out on the Legend-Goji because I have the NECA, and I have the 02' Kiryu. Stuff seems to be selling faster than ever nowadays.

Sans the original two effect sets and that I sold off the original 94 Godzilla figure when I got the Adult Jr version, I am missing the Destoroyah Evolution set and the 2014 Godzilla. The former is because I just can not justify paying more than $60 for it while the later is because of his defects. If they have him in B&N and he doesn't have the eye issue, I'll probably buy him, but I am not getting him online when I can not look at him first.

I've got Gamera and MKG preordered, but I'm going to wait until I see reviews as to whether I get them or not. MKG's is over priced, but I should have my tax refund by the time he comes out, so fine, whatever.

It is funny how the common absent figure in all our lists is the Destoroyah Evolution Set. 8) Well, or sad I suppose. No matter how you slice it, I don't think that set was received nearly as positively as it could have been due to the price and the redundancy and uselessness of the crab form. I think the size of the Aggregate was fine but I forget, while the fantastic turnout of the flying form wasn't enough to make up for the shortcomings of the set.

Mandarake has been a bit ridiculous about the Garuda set recently. The most recent one to go up was listed at 20000 yen! At least AmiAmi hasn't exceeded 15.6k yet.

The Evolution set was a joke. Almost $100 for three figures the size of the old "Hyper Godzilla" PVC figures from the '90s? The Aggregate wasn't even in scale with Junior and the flying Destroyah didn't even come with a stand. I waited until Midtown Comics blew the set out at $50, but even then it still felt like too much.

I'm probably getting Gamera 96 and maybe MKG. After that, I'm gonna be much more picky as to what I buy. Future releases would need to be Legion or Irys for the Gamera series, or Showa Kaiju for Godzilla. I'd also buy Kiryu goji.

The rest I can do without I think. The Heisei series seems to be done. I could care less about regular Heisei Rodan or a rose form Biollante. I'm guessing GFW kaiju are coming next?

The pricing on the Gamera 96 is a non starter for me and it's basically the same size as the Revoltech. If it does well maybe we'll see some Gamera characters i would jump on (Zedus)

The only figures I'm missing from the SHMA line is the first two effects packs exclusive to Japan, G14 and Kiryu 2003. After I played catch up over the summer I got kind of burnt out on the line again. I have MKG on preorder and the repaint of G2K because I know how fast that's going to sell out so I'm going to be one of those people that buy it and resell it later on. Oh and I don't have any of the american kaiju releases (Kong, Alien and Predator).

So for those that are interested in more AVP stuff within the MonsterArts line, what releases are you hoping for next?

I'm hoping for the Jungle and City Hunter Predators, along with the Predalien.

Ah the Elder from Predator 2 would be a great choice. Excellent design.
