Just got this email from Bandain concerning the release date.

Dear Joseph,

Thank you for your interest in Godzilla.

Bandai America Creation does have scheduled shipments to go out as part of the Fall 2009 lineup. Unfortunately we can not confirm exactly which figures will be part of the assortment at this time. You will be able to find these available at Kmart and Toys R Us.
