Got a few more I just took, but man does my camera suck in the dark without a flash. I have 53 worthless, blurry photos to go with these few:

How fast is their shipping method Michal? I might stick with Amazon still since I have prime.

^I've never ordered from them, but I do see that they don't charge sales tax like Amazon does, even with prime. Although I suppose that also depends on where you live and if Amazon charges you sales tax at check out. I'd imagine that this place though is probably economy shipping through USPS priority mail which is usually 3-5 days.

^ ah fans will be fans though (Legion & Godzilla 2000). It is what makes a fandom tick...folks take things out on a limb and some companies love reading feedback. I wouldn't be bothered too much though about it guys. It does make some people have a discussion. You have to have filler moments in between waiting for reveal confimations and toy events. If we didn't have these moments, then forums don't keep the entertaining spark of curiosity. Let' us all be patient in this "thang". 8)

Saw this posted on the Club Tokyo FB page about the LegendGoji. A lot of new pics of it on display and not darkened. Good lighting overall. Are those legs supposed to be that wide open? That looks strange.

I don't know. I only am in the know with the Godzilla franchise monsterarts figures. Even more so than the Alien and Predator stuff.

@Kain. Since I live in CA, Amazon charges me sales tax. It's lame. They started doing that around 2007 or 2008.

Normal Rodan confirmed. No release date announced.

Strangely enough....yeah...I'm down for that Rodan. Also, really want an FW Anguirus eventually... :(

Amazon doesn't charge me sales tax either.

Hopefully BF is smart and reissues garuda with normal rodan, it'd make perfect sense to do so.

The Rodan looks nice, but I'll pass unless they make his wings more movie accurate. Chance are he will be the same price as the fire version but only come with a stand.

I like that LegendGoji in the middle of the final pic there. The one on the left looks like he's falling apart at the seams. I hope they fix it.

Man I am so glad I held off on Fire Rodan. SO DAMN GLAD I DID.

I look at the monsterarts G2014 and it's like...how can people say it looks better than the neca one? It just looks so...off.

(and believe you me, I was damn near crucified for saying that on that other site)

I think the issue there is that the same people aren't entirely sold on the official Godzilla 2014 design used in NECA's. SHMA brings a slightly different take, though not accurate, it seems to be the much preferred because of the liberties taken that seem to fix some issues some people had with the official design. In my case, I'm happy that the SHMA doesn't have the official feet design.

Exactly. I like the more monstrous, dragon-like design used in the SHMA.

That being said, MAN...those neck joints look awful. From the side, the figure looks seamless and perfect but from the front it look like a bunch of joints randomly glued together. This will be my first SHMA (and I do plan on getting the 93 Rodan...and hopefully FW Anguirus too) so I want to be impressed by this figure in person...here's hoping that I don't end up regretting my purchase.

Also, does the news of this new re-paint Rodan figure mean that's the last figure of the year or do we still have one more? (I'm still betting it's Smaug...but I'd like to see Smaug and one more Toho kaiju this year).

There's no new franchises being announced or released for 2014. Just AVP and Godzilla. Rodan isn't actually officially announced. It's only being displayed, similarly to Godzilla 1989. We'll have to wait and see if it's announced later this month or next month.

Gotcha. Well it'd be nice if we got Rodan AND one additional new Toho kaiju this year, but I'm sure whatever the roster for the rest of the year looks like it'll be fine.

I mean when you think about it...the only non-Godzilla (I'm including MG in on this too) or Mothra (Battra too) related Toho kaiju we've gotten this year has been Gigan. A little extra variety would be nice. Again though, I'm a newbee to this line so I don't really have much of a leg to stand on here. Just my outside opinion looking in.

I would LOVE if this were the figure we were getting:

instead of this:

i dont understand the point of the chest articulation that lets him look at his crotch while adding fin gaps.

Exactly. They're going a little stupid with articulation. That's always been my biggest gripe with these figures. I love the sculpts...I just wish they'd tone it down a little with the joints. I don't need my Godzilla to be able to do the Iron Man pose.
