If I saw one at $300 I would buy it instantly. Lol. The '96 Gamera is pretty impressive too.

Is the '68 set the smaller series? Haven't seen the set yet. I was really tempted by the Zigra from X-Plus too.

I'm really torn between X-Plus Gameras or saving up for the new 2014 stuff. Seems I may be better off going for some X-Plus stuff since the '14 merchandise will be everywhere while the X-Plus is limited. It's a 1st world problem....

That's my favorite Showa Gamera. Too bad Viras is my least favorite Showa foe! Very cool set though.

So, whats up with Bullmark toys on ebay these days? I remember them being in the $200 - $300 range, they seem a lot lower now. The collector market for this stuff die off or something?

I pop in on the hobby every once in a while, so it's kind of weird to see.

I had noticed Billiken prices dropped noticeably, but I blamed X-Plus for that. I figured all the reprints in the 2000s (and eBay) had lowered the original Bullmarks a little but I'm surprised if the drop continued

I'm alright with it. I've always wanted a bullmark king ghidorah, maybe in a few months I can actually own one. Unfortunately, I have other things to deal with at the moment, but I've always liked Bullmark stuff (i'm weird, I know), so maybe a few dream toys will come true this year.

On the other hand, Bandai toys are expensive as hell. God damn.

My latest addition, Diamond X-Plus Godzilla 2001. This figure does have some red paint coated over Godzilla's lower lip, but that doesn't bother me much. I'm just glad to own this figure, since I missed my chance at Japan's first run.

Ordered my first new figures in a loooong time today. Been probably.... almost 2 years since I have bought anything. Ordered the '54 and '01 X-Plus and the '64 and '99 Marmits. Now to wait for them. Very impatiently!

Sorry, just realized I put '99. It's '89. It's the new US release ones. Can't beat 2 Marmits shipped for $130!

Traveled to Kyoto/Osaka over the weekend and snagged:

M1 Beams Guilala
M1 Beams Mothra (green variant)
M1 GMK Ghidorah
M1 Matango (finally found a variant I didn't have yet!)
Marmit Showa MechaG (haven't double-checked the variant name yet, but its space titanium-ish)

Been wanting the Guilala and King Ghidorah for awhile now, and finally found them at a fair price! But buying all those figures did bite into my wallet a bit. Time to cool off for awhile now haha. I tend to buy in sprees.

Just purchased my first Marmit - G89 (1st version).

I'm new to this collecting stuff but the marmits are very cool looking toys.
